I love Schlotzsky's. It has been a while since I've been to one, because I thought they shut down.

The food at Hwy 92 location was great.

However, after finishing the meal, I looked at the receipt and saw we were each charged an additional $3.90 for a drink and a bag of chips. I'm on a limited income, as most of us are these days, so when reviewing the menu, I chose the "Meal Deal" because it had the best value. I specifically searched the menu to be sure it didn't cost extra. The menu shows:

"Sandwich Meal Deals.

Meals include a regular drink & your choice of our famous chips".

When I saw the receipt, I went back to the front of the store, believing I missed something. Nope. The menu board doesn't disclose this additional cost. I didn't complain in store because I didn't want to cause a scene.

I'm leaving this review and plan to contact corporate.

Do the right thing, Schlotzsky's and tell the truth and let your customers decide whether to pay the extra charge. This is downright deceitful!

Please I beg of whom ever is in charge @ Schlotzskis Deli to bring this amazing sandwich deli to the east side of Jackson , Michigan this summer ! Besides myself everyone in my area speaks of how they wish Sholotzskis deli was still around in other parts of mi instead of just Battle Creek , Michigan!

You have a huge fan base here in Jackson Mi! And we would love to have Scholotzskis back in our area ! I miss the western vegetarian sandwich I used to get in Ann Arbor many years ago ! If you happen to bring one here to Jackson Id even come help at the shop to make sure its successful !

But I dont think youd have any problems being successful in Jackson because we really dont have any decent sub shops if any at all here in the eastern side of Jackson specifically Ann Arbor rd by the 145 truck stop area because some were bought out.by local dispensaries so we are very limited in my area n I strongly believe if you put one in in my area it will be a gold mine of success !

Store#1863, counter#1, #10018 order #.

1) missing Center of the Roll $5.39, was not in our order when we open the bag 12 miles down the road. And could not go back and get it.

We are from out of town.

2) the cashier sure did not make us want to come back! Seemed she was mad at the world.

3) dirty bathroom was only 12;48.

4) everybody working seemed to be in slow mode. They just mossed a long. We placed our order at 12:48 and we did not get our order till 1:20.

This is not fast food.

5) Having to pay these kinds of prices we should be able to expect a little more.

Like said, we are from out of town and will not be back in Alexandria, LA until March 11th. or the 25th. So we can't run back to the store.

We would like a coupon for a future visit, and the employees being. I thought better customer service.

I love schlotzskys, however when visiting the location on 408 W Juanita Ave, Mesa, Az 85210. I arrived for lunch at 330pm.

It was after any rush, there were so many employees, however every single table was dirty, all of the trashcans were overflowing. I was wearing a white dress shirt and it got dirty from the table. All of the chairs were dirty. I had to grab rag and clean the chair before sitting it.

It was disgusting! I approached the manager and told her. She was very dismissive and condescending. After talking with the manager it all made sense.

The stores condition was a direct correlation to the manager. Wow was I disappointed.
